1. Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products from ZICO.BKK are 100% authentic and carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. We focus on curated selections, not random marketplace listings.

2. What kind of products do you sell?

ZICO.BKK offers curated streetwear, boutique running, sneakers, and selected rare items, including T-shirts, hoodies, caps, pants, shorts, eyewear, performance pieces, and accessories.

3. What brands do you carry?

Our selection changes by drop and availability. Brands may include Stussy, Supreme, Human Made, Mizuno, Adidas, Nike, UVU, Bandit Running, Satisfy, New Balance, and other selected labels.

4. Do you have a physical store?

Yes. ZICO.BKK Store is located at Central Ladprao, B2S Zone, Bangkok, Thailand.

5. Are online stock and in-store stock always the same?

Not always. Online stock and in-store stock may not match in real time. For the most accurate stock check, please contact us with the product name, size, color, or screenshot.

6. When do you ship orders?

Ready-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Thailand time may be processed on the next business day.

7. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times within Thailand:

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Other provinces: approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, destination, weather, public holidays, or other external factors.

8. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery may be available for selected Bangkok orders. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability, delivery fee, and timing.

9. Can you help with sizing?

Yes. Please send your height, weight, usual size, and preferred fit, such as regular, relaxed, or oversized. Our team will recommend a size based on the product information available.

10. Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only if the wrong item was sent or the item received is defective or damaged on arrival.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required.

11. What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, sale or promotional items, items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or items returned without original packaging, tags, labels, or accessories.

12. What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.
