Cancellation policy

ZICO.BKK does not currently offer recurring membership programs. If ZICO.BKK introduces a subscription, pre-order plan, or other purchase option with repeat billing in the future, customers may request cancellation before the next billing date or before fulfillment by contacting shopddnclothing@gmail.com or LINE Official / Instagram / Facebook: ZICO.BKK.

If a recurring charge has already been processed, cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. Refund eligibility for items that have already been delivered follows our Refund Policy: https://zicobkk.com/pages/refund-policy.

For stock-specific pickup or special-order coordination, please contact the team before the order is processed so we can confirm availability and the cancellation options that apply.
