Return standard

How returns are handled

Return requests are accepted only when the item received is incorrect, damaged before use, or incomplete compared with the order.

Please contact us within 3 days after delivery with your order number, parcel label photos, product photos, and an unboxing video if available.

If the return is approved because the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged, or the order was incomplete, ZICO.BKK will cover the return shipping cost or reimburse reasonable domestic return shipping cost.

After approval and inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method or another agreed channel within 7-14 business days.
