Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds are processed after approval and product inspection.

What qualifies

ZICO.BKK accepts returns and refunds only when the item received is incorrect, damaged before use, or incomplete compared with the order.

Please provide your order number, clear product photos, parcel label photos, and an unboxing video if available when you contact the team.

If the return is approved because the wrong item was sent, the item arrived damaged, or the order was incomplete, ZICO.BKK will cover the return shipping cost or reimburse reasonable domestic return shipping cost.

Non-returnable cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Color, fit, or style preference when the product has no defect
  • Damage caused after use, washing, cleaning, or alteration
  • Sale, promotional, or final-sale items where clearly stated

After approval and product inspection, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed channel within 7-14 business days.
