We dispatch Monday–Saturday, with a 12:00 noon cutoff (Bangkok time). There is no additional preparation lead time. Orders after the cutoff or on Sunday are dispatched on the next shipping day.
Estimated transit after dispatch: Bangkok 1–2 days; nationwide 2–3 days.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, choosing the wrong size, or not liking the item.
If we shipped the wrong item (including a size different from your order) or the item arrived damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and the original box; damage present on arrival is the exception being reported.
Please contact ZICO.BKK with your order number and photos before sending the item back by parcel.
For an approved wrong-item or damaged-on-arrival return, you pay return postage upfront and claim reimbursement from ZICO.BKK.
